I’ve decided, as a resolution that I will actually try and keep, to go out on days when I would normally sit at home and do nothing. To go out and see things and go places. There are days when I feel like sitting at home is what I need, but most of the time I end up feeling worse by the end of it all. Today I woke up and just headed out with no sure plan or course of action, but I had a wonderful day. To be active is becoming increasingly important to me.

Ended up in City Lights Bookstore, somewhere I hadn’t been in a while but have always loved. I sat and read poetry for a while and felt perfectly at peace with myself.
